Cancellation Timeline & Fees
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice relative to your scheduled departure date.

60 to 89 Days 25% of total trip cost 75% refund
30 to 59 Days 50% of total trip cost 50% refund
15 to 29 Days 75% of total trip cost 25% refund
Less than 15 Days / No Show 100% of total trip cost No refund
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain elements of your booking may be completely non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is requested. These include, but are not limited to:
• Special event tickets, permit fees (such as national park entrance fees), and certain domestic or international flights.
• Bookings made under promotional "non-refundable" rates.
• Specific peak-season or holiday bookings as indicated at the time of reservation.
Modifications and Date Changes
If you wish to change the dates of your trip or modify your itinerary:
• Requests made 60+ days prior to departure: We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability. A modification fee of $100 USD per booking plus any price differences from our suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.) will apply.
• Requests made less than 60 days prior: These may be treated as a cancellation and subsequent rebooking, subject to the cancellation fees listed in Section 2.
Cancellations Made by ITI Travel
In rare circumstances, ITI Travel may have to cancel a trip (e.g., due to force majeure, safety concerns, or failure to meet minimum participant requirements for group tours).
• In such cases, we will offer you the choice of a 100% refund of all monies paid or a travel credit of equal value to be used on a future trip.
• ITI Travel is not responsible for any personal incidental expenses incurred as a result of a canceled trip (such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights purchased independently).
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing. You can initiate this by:
